Two decades of leadership in behavioral health, education and ministry.
Dr. Lucretia Mason-Underdue is an accomplished executive leader, Licensed Professional Counselor, pastor, educator and public servant. She serves as a Military and Family Life Counselor with Magellan Health, leads her private practice Another Step, L.M.U., LLC, and pastors the church she planted in 2019.
In 2026 she was appointed by the Governor of Virginia to the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board — a reflection of a distinguished record of leadership, ethical service and commitment to the Commonwealth.
